2017 hunts

    They're usually the first to migrate in, for my area it's usually Sept 10th-20th. People just say "molts" but could certainly be some mvp's too. Seen 2 snow geese already which is unusual.

    I may be wrong boys but seems a little on the cool side this early I'm predicting a early winter or normal winter I guess depending on age.

    IMG_5168 2.JPG hunted with a friend today I hadn't hunted with in almost 20 years, we had two big flocks of Molts finish from WAAAAY up high , nothing better!

    Just out of curiosity, why can you shoot 5 geese now, but only 2 during regular season? Seems nuts.

    Got a couple geese to come in to my silos but blew the (difficult behind me) shot but dang it sure was a pretty sunset!

    Well only saw one goose after heading to the back up plan and it's no longer flying. Didn't see any other birds. South East wi

    No goose limits so far this year but many good hunts.
