2019 Conservation Season Snow Goose Reports

    Word I hear is lots of birds in east Alberta/west Sask moving north as fast as they can as far as they can. No mention of overly skinny birds.

    Guess the spring season must be over......no posts for a week. Hope everybody got some birds. Also lets hope for a LOT better hatch in a couple months.

    May have ended in the States but the Canadian brethren are still poking away at them...Swift River has had some good shoots the last few days, others such as Top of the Flyway have moved into their spring bear season otherwise I would say they still could be poking away too.

    Pretty quick turnaround considering the season opens again in 3.5 months. Has to make for a long 8.5 months of hunting for those who chase them all the way south and back - not that I wouldn't like to try it if I ever hit the Powerball.
