My grandparents around the turn of the 20th century. Picture taken on the Choctaw reservation in Talahina OK. The banjo and guitar are props used by a traveling photographer.
A lot of my aunts and uncles were born in that shack in the background.

Yea but if you ask them how the shoot was they would say “we didn’t see nothing”!
