    Banded in Willows 2016, hatched 2015 or earlier.
    Shot in the North Valley.

    Wood duck drake. Banded in Yuba county on 7/13/17. The interesting thing is I shot a banded hen woodie from the exact same spot a few years ago. They fell not 20 yards apart. Only two wood ducks I have ever seen or shot at in the vicinity.

    Looks like blind 12 is producing some woodies again this year. Nice birds
