For better or worse, looks like you boys are safe from yourselves this season, "We estimate to have the brewery up and running in the Spring of 2019."

Sounds like the Juviecoot wants to get degenerate at the new watering hole. :flame

How any business stays open in that town is mind boggling to me. A liquor store or a AM PM for circle K couldn't even make it in that town. I hope they make it but bet they don't last a year.

Sounds like we must wait until spring, but yes.

Maybe they will move it a bit down 45. Near the Colusa Casino would get them a TON more traffic I'd bet. I love a good brewery and would visit often..... Princeton or otherwise.

    Couldn't agree more.
We have several breweries right down the road in Auburn, they do great business.
The wife and I hit one just about every Friday evening. The food is good, great beer, good atmosphere.
Locally the restaurants are carrying the microbrews as well.
Really enjoy spending my cash locally rather than some giant distributorship.

Yup, nice atmosphere at local breweries. Lodi now has some excellent choices. Not just about wine anymore.

Princeton does seem like a tough location. But, who knows? Good beer, good food- I’m in. Gotta have food- food truck works.

Love those Auburn breweries. They make some fine IPAs that are NOT over-rated.
