Anybody got a good recipe?
Buy a commercial barbecue sauce called Chakka MMM. Add crushed Garlic, and black Pepper.
It does not have sugar in it which reduces the chance of flame up charring.
I've never marinaded a brisket. I usually smoke them, or grind them for burgers. I am going to try to make corned beef sometime.
How would you cook it after marinating? Grill, braise, smoker??
Dry brining is the way to go
