    From the above info...
    This is absolutely true. When hunting that area (whether mammals, upland, or waterfowl) the wise hunter will possess appropriate licenses for both CA and AZ. Over time the course of the Colorado River changes. In some cases the western river bank is within AZ or possibly the eastern bank in CA.

    You can have the restaurant cook the duck, but will you have to put a wing or the head back on it to legally transport it from your house to the establishment?
