This is the result of a city council handing out taxpayer dollars to keep people OUT of poverty.

Is Fresno a "sanctuary city"? because it sure appears to be.[IMG]

It’s alwsys been a hole. Always will. Smaller towns around here have more homeless per capita. The whole state is a clown fest .

The butt crack of California. I picked up a bunch of Aluminium for my carp deck there a couple of months ago. There was a armed guard at the gate to get in the place. Seems that they had a couple of their forklift drivers robbed at gun point. I would not live there.

Yep, its a matter of time until the taxpayers get fed up and all hell will break loose, for good reason. YOU or I so much as fish without a license we get a fine, meanwhile these folks camp, ****, wash their clothes, trash the local waterways and walk away scott free.
I'm all for law enforcement, but when I get busted for accidentally speeding and receive a fine while they trash the countryside with nary a slap on the hand makes me as Joe taxpayer kinda pissed off.

Remember all the feel good legislation that set assorted sex, race, age, disability, color, creed, national origin or religions as protected classes? It seems as if dirt bag has now become a protected class too.

Hey Steve, I think that is Refuge Guys duck trailer in the picture!! :nutz Yes, Fresno has a big time homeless problem . . . that's one reason why I live in Clovis. The views from the freeway are horrible but there are definitely nice areas to live in Fresno or Clovis. I was at a conference in downtown Sacramento recently and went for a jog along the American River and was blown away by the homelessness and hopeless situation there. This is an epidemic all over the state.
