45 minutes to go! Been set up since,4am. If course very little sleep but with number of doves we have I don't believe anyone will be sleepy.
Good luck and above all, BE SAFE!!!

Took a chance on some conservation ground yesterday morning, so many trucks there at 5am that we left and headed for some private fields with fewer doves but no other hunters. We got a few but were set up in the wrong spot. Going to try again in the morning.

We took a chance at one of the MDC areas. One field and tons of hunters! Luckily there were plenty of doves for all and nobody got shot...

Our group of 4 had 35 or so. When back out to the same spot on Sunday afternoon and ended up with 30 more.

    Marais Temp Claire.........in New Town?????

Partner.....you might want to look at that map again

As far as hunting it....like every other hunting area you just gotta go and hope

If you call MDC they will tell what they can and they post maps that designate areas that they cut for doves

    Good luck

You have to use Steel Shot there as well.

Most of the time it's a crap shoot weather or not it's any good hunting.

You all may want to rethink the whole teal thing. Two shells left in my box and 13 doves in my bucket. Could have limited out early but didn't want to be gready on an invite. Thanks guys i greatly appreciated it.

Ya. New town is the spot. Try the sod farm next to it
