yea.. cant imagine what that's like.. residents get it both ways.. rules need to change.
Apart what illegal arrangements the landowner might have with the outfitter. The landowner they can choose who they let onto their land to hunt. If the DUC project is on private land, the landowner has the control who can or can't hunt their land. If the project and the section it sits on was owned by DUC then you could hunt it. I certainly understand your frustration though.
