Love me some Chef Jacques...if you need to know how to cook an omelette, his video on that is excellent also.
I cooked Sunday Brunch in restaurants for 8 years ( 3 years in high school, 5 years in college). I've made more omelets than I care to think about. I'd hate to look up Jaques' just to find that I may have been doing it all wrong.
I’ve watched that episode at least a dozen times. Finally got around to trying it. It takes a while the first time or two but after that it’s a cake walk. And you talk about tasting amazing!!!
Never saw anything like it.. Wonder if it will work on other birds like ducks or pheasants.
