Im 34 now.... been duck hunting since I was 12.
I pheasant hunted mostly before that since I was old enough to walk. My dad was a big upland hunter and I still love chasing wild pheasant to this day. My uncle got me to try waterfowling with him one time and from the second I went on that Jr. Hunt and saw birds work the call, I was so hooked it wasn't even funny.
Been waterfowling ever since, 22 years.
49, when I was 5, I would set up shoes in the garage as decoys and kill mallards as they floated over our nerf hoop. I limited regularly in the garage...Pops would then arrive with a car full of birds after the hunt and I would put them all in my red wagon and do laps in the yard.......

Been chasing ducks and pheasants for 53 years, still have my 20 ga. Stevens double that I shot my first duck, a Greenhead with #6 lead. I miss the days of shooting 7 Sprig and now we only have one
33, I've had my license for 21 years now. I got hooked on quack at grizzly island at the age of 13. The very same day I learned to swim in waders and walk in the marsh. Shot my first duck and I was feeezing cold but after if hit it I fell and smacked my pop right in the head with a gwt I warmed right up. I yelled duck and he was looking everywhere but at the teal falling out of the sky taking a path right for his head.
66 - I shot my first duck with a Ben Pearson longbow when I was 7.
68. I got hooked in high school back in ND on a snow goose hunt with my girl friends dad. I still go back to hunt the ND sloughs every year. It is getting a little harder to do, but I plan on being there at 70 and beyond.
61 y/o. Was hooked on waterfowling at about 9 years old. My dad got me a shotgun at 11 y/o and I've been thinking about ducks everyday since then.
