We have taken this on full steam. Have done several houses and patios to date and have a pool deck and all the showers in a county jail on the schedule. Let us know and we can give you a quote over the phone.

Rough cost for a 24x24 garage? Lifetime warranty?

It's lifetime on color and UV stability.

10 year limited covers everything else.

I will PM you an estimate.

What would be the main benefits of this type of flooring when compared to traditional concrete and how does the price compare?

Just to clarify this is a coating that goes over concrete. It is not an alternative to concrete.

Admittedly most people do it for looks. But there are some major benefits to coating a concrete floor. The biggest is slip resistance. If you have an older floor you can fill and cover cracks and pits from damaged concrete. It also seals off the concrete to prevent any contamination from chemicals or petroleum products.

But it just looks bad arse. It looks like you have granite floors in your garage. If your a guy like me that spends a lot of time in his garage it's nice to have it look nice.

I'm sure that looks and lasts better than the do-it-yourself epoxy with the flakes...But, I'm guessing that it's pretty salty.

The do it yourself systems for the most part are not worth the time and effort to lay them down. It's a labor intensive and technical chemical to put on. Most guys don't grind the floor like we do they just acid wash it. The acid wash does okay for adhesion but grinding or shot blasting is the best.

It is definetely an investment in your home just like remodeling a bathroom. But it looks spectacular when it done.

This is a bathroom we did a couple months ago.
