I'm going to guess that we don't get too many northern migrators this week/weekend.
Most of ponds will be full when they do decide to get here.
I’ve had some geese start showing up
Winds turn N.W. latter in week. Watch for them then. Hopefully some teal will be rideing piggyback!
Saw my first migrators tonight.
We thought we saw/heard some this morning.
While dove hunting yesterday afternoon observed 15 different flocks of Geese flying 2000 feet or higher heading south over the Wye Mills Maryland area. Flock sizes seemed mostly to be in the 20-50 bird range which I thought was interesting.
My home numbers have skyrocketed. Beings as 291!resident geese were euthanized it’s immediately noticeble
I thought i heard some high flyers in queen annes county yesterday deer hunting but couldnt see though the tree top
Heard and saw many flights in Centreville yesterday afternoon. Some high flyers and some low out looking for food.
