    Just FYI;
    RCW 9.41.171

    It is a class C felony for any person who is not a citizen of the United States to carry or possess any firearm, unless the person: (1) Is a lawful permanent resident; (2) has obtained a valid alien firearm license pursuant to RCW 9.41.173; or (3) meets the requirements of RCW 9.41.175.

    Correct, I am not a citizen or greencard (permanent resident) holder but I am in the process. Now, I am waiting my "Alien Firearm License" application result to possess a shotgun.

    Thanks for the information.

    I got to learn something from this thread, which is always a positive. Personally I'd like to thank you for jumping through the hoops and doing it right. Way to many out there who don't. :tu:tu

    Thank you, Sir, appreciate it. Let's hope at least to go out with someone and be on the field.
