RNT Repairs

    Sent in my Mondo after i cracked the cork slot being too rough when i was tuning it. Sent it in, charged my card 1/5 for the replacement. No correspondence from them.

    Now I am not expecting the call back by the end of the season, but I was looking to see if there was any experience on here as far as return times, etc.? Also aware that its is probably peak return time of the year, as I was aware when I sent it in.

    I did the same thing w/a acrylic Original- no problem. It IS the busy season for them.

    I had an MVP that was air-locking. Sent it in to be tuned by J.S. back around the first of November. Took about three weeks to get it back.

    Sent my mondo in after x-mas eve break with tone board break. We and shipped after the new year. Sent back and is shipped back and
    good to go on the 7th. Great service from my perspective!

    update: got he call back with new insert delivered yesterday. Ca to AR to CA in good time. A+
