Hey guys I've had a Sitka Delta Wading jacket for two seasons now and the inner lining (grey colored) has started to come apart on my shooting shoulder. I got it out of the closet (where it stays all off season) to look over my gear and that's when i noticed it. I wear a wool sweater or a kelvin light vest under it with buckles on my wader. Not sure why it happened.

I've sent them to the warranty department and waiting to here back.

    Any experiences with Sitka warranty?

    Thanks

I lost a few zipper pulls and they sent me new ones for free. :)

Other than that mine has all held together quite well.

How'd you end up coming out on this complaint?

I've sent several items back to them for warranty work and have been very pleased each time. They pay shipping both ways and throw in a free hat each time.

My buddy sent his Hudson jacket back a week or so ago because he snagged it on something and tore several teeth out of the main zipper. They called him today to say they weren't going to repair it because it was more work than it was worth. Instead, they're going to send him a brand new 2018 model of the Hudson. He said they apologized all over themselves because he would have to wait till May for it. Now that's a warranty!
