Ok headed up to Sask in 24 days, 6 hours, 32 minutes and hoping for any reports anyone is willing to share. Not many reports for almost 2 weeks into September. Any intel appreciated.

We leave in 20 days, heard no snows around, but some canadas and ducks have been seen. East Central.

17 Days for us, a few Snows are starting to push down but not huge numbers yet. I suspect with the next Full Moon that it will be on.

The snows are coming in. We seen large flocks fly over while we where hunting on the weekend. More cranes this year then I have ever seen.

Twelve days for us. Praying for dry weather & the wheat coming off. From what I am hearing, there are a few birds showing up.

    Afternoon Goose Chasers,

We leave next Thursday for Saskatchewan, good to hear about the Cranes and Snow Geese. Many will get to ride back to New Mexico. Stay safe and have fun this year chasing birds.

Guys have been getting into them pretty good already considering its all adults. Group I know of 9 guys shot about 70 today, not a single juvie.
Snow and Ross population is gonna take a hit this year for sure with the pressure all concentrated on the breeding adults.

My guess......they are shooting all those non breeders from last year's super hatch. They are the first to migrate.

Know of guys both in SK and AB that are doing pretty good on snows right now, shooting a good amount of juvies as well.
