    I've sent 2 or 3 emails to the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the home page plus a post yesterday on the Tech forum. I've had no responses so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

    I'm trying to get my User ID changed and need to know how I do that.

    Any help would be appreciated.
