Went to the river and hardly anything was flying. So decided to drive around and jumped 3 ditches and sloughs.

Dog did good. I would have never been able to find 20181229_110512.jpg 3 of them.

I’ve hunted 4 different coastal estuaries in past 6 days.
Birds are stale. Just not doing what we want them to do.
Going to hunt a 5th tomorrow morning. Maybe find one with normal acting birds.

Beautiful dog. I used to have one that looked just like her. She doesn't have any Duckmasters blood in her does she?

Thanks. I misplaced the papers and can't recall his lineage. Yes, Ollie is a lightweight male at 50+ pounds. He can run like no other dog I've owned. If I were younger and there were chukar around, we'd be slaying them.
