Tough Cooked Snow Geese Legs

    Was wondering if anyone knew why no matter how i cook my Snow Geese Legs they always come out tough i'v seared them in a frying pan baked them and just plain baked them with out searing them and even tried to boiling them but they always come out tough any help would be great hate wasting the meat ?

    put in a crock pot on low. poor a beer and some bbq sauce and let go for six or seven hours they turn out perfect:tu:tu

    Soak them in buttermilk for two days rinse well then throw them on the grill seasoned with what you like.

    Get a mess of them and roast them w/ cheap wine,and fav. seasonings until tender.It might take an hour and a half or so. Take them off and treat as leftovers( put in fridge) At your leasure fire your grill up and put them on. Sauce em- up. Nothing better

    Ditto on Bang’s sous vide recommendation. Melt in your mouth delicious.
