    Seeking “Competitive Duck/Goose Callers” and 3+ years of guiding experience in high pressured zones.

    Hunting Specializations: duck, goose, crane, snow goose

    Specific Skills: Guide groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips, Advise on safety and regulations, Practice low impact/no trace land use, Know how to read and call the birds, Attend to persons with special needs, Handle complaints, Prevent legislation violations. Must have own goose spread. Must be capable of building 6-12 man blinds from scratch from lumber. Drug free and non-smoking. Must have valid drivers license and 4 wheel drive truck. Great personality, customer service, and professionalism.

    Skill Requirements: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate

    Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, build pits and blinds, operate a boat.
